New stainless cowl kits

Mooney M20J 201 stainless cowl kit

We are releasing several new stainless cowl kits to replace the camlocs on a number of Cessna models and the Mooney M20J / 201. Our stainless cowl kit replaces all the original equipment camlocs with the stainless version. The kits come with the studs, retaining rings and grommets for the upper and lower cowl.  The parts are conveniently organized so the various sizes and quantities are easy to identify when matching them up in the IPC. Our latest kit for the Mooney M20J / 201 has even been mentioned in the Mooney Pilots Mapalist Digest Vol 135 issue ( the Mooney owners email letter). Additional kits are being assembled for the Cessna 180, 182, 185, 188, t188, 205, 207, and Cessna 210 series.

EAA to honor the 70th Anniversary of the Cessna 190 and 195 at Airventure 2017

This month’s issue of Sport Aviation indicated there would be a celebration honoring the aircraft’s 70th year of service. The 190/195 was Cessna’s only post war radial model and first flew in 1945. Production models became available in 1947 and can been seen yearly at the EAA’s Airventure in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
